** program is an intensive 14-week experience designed for recent college graduates who want to launch a career in hospitality management. This is your chance to join a family-owned company with more than 150 hotels in 30 states—and start building your future.

* What You’ll Do:

*** Gain hands-on experience at one of our top-performing hotels
* Report directly to the General Manager and work with a dedicated mentor
* Rotate through all areas of hotel operations— housekeeping, food & beverage, guest services, administration, and more
* Transition into management responsibilities, including serving as Manager on Duty Upon successful completion, you’ll be ready for a supervisory or management role tailored to your strengths.

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Must be at least 21 years old at the start of the program
* 100% relocatable after program completion
* Nine months of prior work experience (hotel or restaurant preferred)
* Leadership experience (work or classroom)
* Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field
* Energetic, personable, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
* Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Graduates can begin the program up to one year post-graduation
