Outside Services Team

Overview

• Member Services - greeting members & guests at their vehicles or in cart staging area, engaging each member & guest with a smile and polite communication, assisting them in anyway during their golf experience at Brookside
• Bag Room Management - Daily organization of bag room including over 400 member golf bags. Includes proper placement, cleanliness, and preparedness for the day's tee sheet.
• Golf Cart Fleet Management - maintaining a fleet of 60 golf carts, daily rotation of carts to ensure proper usage, bi-monthly maintenance of batteries and tires, and overall cleanliness and detailing of all carts daily.
• Range Management - this includes setting up in the morning, assisting members and guests before the start of play, making sure the range is organized in a tidy manner, picking/cleaning of all practice balls daily, and breaking down everything before the end of the day.
• Inventory of supplies - you will be asked to monitor the inventory levels of such items as tees, scorecards, pencils, towels, and bottled water to ensure that we do not run out of these frequently used items.
• Communicate with the maintenance team and professional staff on a daily basis to ensure proper setup
• Maintain a neat, organized and clean area in the cart barn, bag room, staging area, and practice facility.
• Assisting in the execution of special events with the golf professional staff
