Behavioral Health Case Manager

Full‑time, Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay range $18–$21 per hour, based on education and experience, plus a monthly incentive program for exceeding productivity expectations. This role is based at Via Quest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, which provides individual, family, and community mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and individuals with developmental disabilities or trauma.

• Provide therapeutic behavioral services to clients and consult with licensed clinicians to address individual needs.
• Develop service plans and coordinate healthcare, behavioral health, and non‑healthcare supports, and create treatment plans.
• Offer linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills, and crisis prevention services.
• Serve individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma plus at least three years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.
