- General Requirements (All Employees):
Follow work schedule with reliable attendance and punctuality; attend meetings, staff development, and training - Multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments; adhere to applicable company and departmental policies and procedures
- Work in difficult environments, solve problems effectively, and exhibit a positive attitude
- Initiate communication with supervisor and work collaboratively with staff
- Follow guidelines, coaching, and directives provided by management to ensure consistent application of agency protocols
- Receive constructive feedback and implement corrections
- Follow all applicable regulations (e.g., client rights, HIPAA, ethics, documentation, credentialing and licensure)
- Education required:
High school diploma or equivalent and 21 years of age (if serving children/adolescents). A higher level of education or related experience preferred (e.g., bachelor’s or master’s in social work, psychology, nursing, or related human services) - Knowledge and application of Applied Behavior Analysis or related experience preferred
- Must complete agency QBHS training upon hire

Specific Duties
- Complete agency QBHS training upon hire and participate in ongoing QBHS/BT supervision and education
- Demonstrate accurate implementation of skills as taught; refer to client’s Individual Treatment Plan/ISP when providing mental health services
- Provide CPST and TBS mental health services as needed, following regulations and policy
- Maintain thorough documentation of treatments per legal and policy requirements
- Monitor progress toward ISP/ITP, IEP, and/or Treatment Plan objectives and report to supervisor
- Co-treat and substitute treat as directed; work collaboratively within a treatment team
- Collect and analyze performance/outcome data; meet productivity requirements
- Prepare for sessions; maintain materials and reinforcement strategies
- Conduct reinforcer assessments and deliver reinforcement per ABA principles
- Conduct social skills sessions as assigned
- Implement behavior plans and report needs to supervisors
- Substitute for other staff as needed
