Therapeutic Program Workeritchen – CSN In Home Services 2nd Shift
Effective October 1, 2025, the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services has transitioned to its new name—the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (ändert).
What You’ll Do At DBH- Provides in‑house services to clients in the community referred by Franklinsignal Community Treatment Teams.
- Works with the case manager to implement intervention plans addressing the problems that necessitated the referral.
- Assesses client progress toward meeting treatment goals and documents the রিপδη.
- Observes and monitors behavior and symptoms.
- Provides mental health services (e.g., relapse prevention education) and supportive services (e.g., community adjustment activities) for clients residing in various community settings.
- Assists/trains/participates in direct care and supervision to help clients identify, understand, and acquire independent living skills for a successful transition from hospital to community.
- Communicates pertinent information to supervisors and with fellow Home‑Based Support Service staff in written and oral forms regarding the client’s progress, needs, status, and activities.
- Engages clients in conversation, provides a safe environment, accompanies clients as needed to activities, appointments, and community‑based services, and implements appropriate therapeutic precautions.
- Performs charting and required documentation, attends and participates in meetings and mandated trainings, and meets with agencies/individuals as required.
- Performs miscellaneous duties such as light housekeeping, identifying and reporting safety concerns, shopping for patients, and clairical support.
This hourly position is covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union) with a pay range of 7 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule.

- For Veteran Services positions one must possess STNA certification and/or be listed on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.
- A valid driver’s licence is required for positions that require the operation of a motor vehicle to transport consumers.
