Res Care Community Living

• Conduct training and development programs for employees and maintain documentation of training received.
• Plan, direct, and/or coordinate training and development activities of assigned service site(s).

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred.
• One year experience delivering various training topics to various audiences.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
