Job Description

Psych Pros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently recruiting for a mobile crisis therapist to work throughout Highland, Ross, Pickaway, Fayette, and Pike counties in Ohio.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or other license‑eligible related field of human services required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC licensure required.
  • 2 years’ experience working in the behavioral healthcare field.
  • Driver’s license, daily access to personal vehicle, excellent driving record.

  • $55,000 to $65,000 salary range depending on education and experience.

Schedule
  • Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm.
  • Availability to work 2 nights per week up to 8pm.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to crises for adults who are in the community, at hospitals, or in jails.
  • Triage, de‑escalation, assess, safety plan and link persons to behavioral health services.
  • When needed, complete involuntary admission paperwork.
  • Complete well checks on adults.
  • Provide follow up for individuals who have experienced a mental health emergency.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with community resources and stakeholders.
  • Complete outcome reporting.
  • Provide community engagement and education.
