• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Setting: Critical Care Float Pool (Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, and additional units)
• Start Date: March 9, 2026
• End Date: June 8, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shifts: 3x12-hour rotating shifts (Days: 07:00–19:30, Nights: 19:30–07:30), primarily PM with potential AM rotation in 4-week blocks
• Hours per Week: 36
• Patient Ratio: 1:2
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend required

• Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (required for critical care nursing jobs)
• Proficient with EPIC electronic charting system
• Skills:
  
  IV start, telemetry, ventilator management, arterial line management
• Ability to float between ICU units of equivalent or lower acuity
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)

• Float between multiple intensive care units (Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, and others) based on staffing needs and patient acuity
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to adult patients with complex and critical conditions
• Perform advanced ICU nursing procedures, including ventilator management, telemetry, IV starts, and arterial line management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Pharmacy, Social Services)
• Maintain strict infection prevention and isolation protocols
• Accurately document patient care using EPIC
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training to ensure compliance and excellence in critical care
