Job Overview: The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking an experienced, team‑focused health system administrator to supervise the Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) Waiver Provider Oversight unit in the Bureau of Network Management. As the HCBS Waiver Provider Oversight Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:
- Supervise and direct the work activities (e.g., Notice of Operational Deficiencies, Plan of Corrections, Proposed Adjudication Orders, quality reviews, etc.) of the Provider Oversight staff.
- Manage staff timekeeping and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the ODM Provider Oversight Contractor on waiver provider oversight activities.
- Attend meetings and provide input as the waiver provider oversight subject matter expert.
- Research and evaluate waiver provider oversight policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Respond to complex waiver provider oversight inquiries from providers, members, internal teams, and sister state agencies.
