Assistant Professor Language Requirements:
English Actively participates in service to division, school, college, university, professional and community organizations; and other duties as assigned.  
** Education and Experience Requirements
** Current Physical Therapy License, eligible for an unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio;
PhD or equivalent in a related field; strong evidence of or potential to develop an extramurally funded and productive scholarship program in learning health systems science or a related field; evidence of strong teaching ability; ability to mentor professional and graduate students. Scholarly and teaching expertise in health systems science/learning health systems approaches are required.

Experience with curriculum development and clinical placement coordination specific to engaging learners in health system experiential learning opportunities and learning health system competencies. An Immersive Experience in Healthcare Delivery and Improvement (HTHRHSC 4191)
* integrates asynchronous coursework in health systems science with an experiential clinical component embedded within The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Since its launch, more than 200 students across eight academic semesters have completed the course, contributing nearly 10,000 hours of service in patient-facing and clinician-support roles across the health system. Offered each Spring and Fall term with consistent waitlists, CARESTREAM attracts students pursuing clinical, operational, policy, business, and other health-related career pathways and has become a highly sought-after learning experience.
