STNA’s or HOME HEALTH AIDE

We are a small but quickly growing Medicaid Certified agency. IMMEDIATELY seeking Home Health Aides in the Columbus, Delaware and Lancaster, Licking and Fairfield counties for part-time and full-time positions. Because we are building an awesome team that is caring we are looking for STNA’s, HHA's with excellent communication skills, problem-solving, time management skills, positive attitude, and compassion.

A person who is competent highly responsible with a very strong work ethic and performs assigned functions of Personal care, light housekeeping, etc. to the patient in their residence.

Position Qualifications:

• Have a sympathetic attitude towards the care of the sick and elderly.
• Ability to carry out direction, read & write.
• Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
• Previous Home Health Aide experience is a plus
• CPR certifications, driver's license, clean background, current TB test, auto insurance. Reliable transportation.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Duties Include:

• Performs personal care and bath as ordered
• Completes appropriate visit and turns in timesheets on time
• Running Errands
• Performs household services essential to health care in the home as assigned
• Assist with medications that are ordinarily self-administered as assigned
• Attends in-service and continuing education programs as scheduled and necessary
• Meal prep and transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $11.0 to $15.00 /hour
