Position: Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist — PET/CT & Nuclear Medicine
Location:
Columbus, Ohio
Contract Length: ~13 weeks (typical travel assignment)
Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Schedule & Hours
Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts (start times vary; flexibility required between early morning start times like ~6 AM up to ~9:30 AM)
Optional 10-hour shifts during holiday weeks
Usually 1 evening shift and 1 Saturday per month
Federal holidays off and a steady weekday schedule
Daily Workload
Approximately 33 PET/CT scans per day
Imaging types include whole-body FDG, brain, cardiac, and neuroendocrine scans
Work with two PET/CT scanners
Mostly oncology cases
Requirements
Minimum experience in PET/CT and general nuclear medicine
IV starts and PACS proficiency
Certifications: BLS, ARRT or NMTCB, plus a valid State Nuclear Medicine license for Ohio
Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings
