Position: Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist — PET/CT & Nuclear Medicine

Location:

Columbus, Ohio
Contract Length: ~13 weeks (typical travel assignment)

Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Schedule & Hours

  • Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts (start times vary; flexibility required between early morning start times like ~6 AM up to ~9:30 AM)

  • Optional 10-hour shifts during holiday weeks

  • Usually 1 evening shift and 1 Saturday per month

  • Federal holidays off and a steady weekday schedule

Daily Workload

  • Approximately 33 PET/CT scans per day

  • Imaging types include whole-body FDG, brain, cardiac, and neuroendocrine scans

  • Work with two PET/CT scanners

  • Mostly oncology cases

Requirements

  • Minimum experience in PET/CT and general nuclear medicine

  • IV starts and PACS proficiency

  • Certifications: BLS, ARRT or NMTCB, plus a valid State Nuclear Medicine license for Ohio

  • Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings
