Psych Pros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently recruiting for a youth therapist to work full‑time in Olive Branch, MS. Youth will have a serious mental health or behavioral health condition. The therapist will provide 100% of services in the community.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field required
  • Mental health Certification (PCMHT or CMHT) and/or license (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFTA) within 30 days of employment
  • Must have at least two years clinical experience working with children and youth with serious emotional disturbances and families with complex needs
  • Must have a valid driver license, a good driving record, proof of legally appropriate auto liability insurance, and must be willing to use personal vehicle for organization business

Responsibilities
  • Deliver all mental health services (e.g., individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, substance abuse treatment, etc.).
  • Complete all required clinical assessments.
  • Responsible for the clinical oversight and clinical interventions related to the crisis management plan, the individualized service plan and Wrap‑Around Meetings in coordination with the Primary Service Coordinator.
  • Provide targeted clinical interventions based on the identified youth’s needs through the various assessments and plans.
  • Complete required assessments and case documentation for each individual in a timely manner and within program requirements.
  • Provide around the clock support for the child/family through on‑call services.
