Reporting and Analytics Senior Analyst

Overview

The Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) invites applications for a Reporting and Analytics Senior Analyst position in the Population Health and Quality Improvement Analytics section. A successful applicant will engage in applied health services and population health research in a project-based, team setting. The successful candidate will provide expertise and support for quality improvement projects focused on maternal health and chronic conditions.

• Leads or assists with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
• Provides subject matter expertise.
• Designs data collection instruments including questionnaires.
• Assists as a liaison to project partners and sponsors.
• Composes reports, whitepapers, and presentation materials.
• Presents results to project sponsors and other audiences.
• Reviews work products from subcontractors.
• Assists with the development of conference presentations and manuscripts for peer‑reviewed publications.
• Conducts literature searches and literature reviews.
• Assists with development of protocols and composition of institutional review board (IRB) applications.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent is required.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 2 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree in a relevant field of study.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• May be asked to complete a pre‑employment physical including a drug screen.

Demonstrated usage of R, SAS, or Stata for data analysis. Experience in quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods research.
