Registered Nurse - Wellness & Home Health (Founding Team)Location: Columbus, OH
Employment Type: Part‑time (20‑30 hrs/week) with path to full‑time within 3‑6 months
Compensation: $35‑40/hour + performance bonuses + benefits (when full‑time)

The OpportunityJoin as our first dedicated wellness nurse during our launch phase. Start part‑time as we build a client base, transition to full‑time as demand grows (projected Q2‑Q3 2026). You'll work directly with an experienced clinical preceptor who will train and support you every step of the way, all under the supervision of our medical director.
The Role: A Hybrid of Clinical Excellence & WellnessThis is a unique role designed to evolve. You will start by balancing two key areas, with a clear path to specializing in wellness.
Wellness Services:
- Deliver premium IV therapy under medical director supervision
- Build trusted advisor relationships with health‑conscious clients
Traditional Home Health:
- Provide skilled nursing services to home health patients
- Maintain clinical excellence and documentation standards
- Bridge between traditional care and wellness services
- Work directly with clinical leadership to refine protocols
- Test new technology and approaches
- Shape the culture of this new division from the ground up
Unlike traditional health settings, you'll work with health optimization, not just illness management. Unlike standalone IV lounges, you'll maintain clinical depth through home health work while building expertise in the high‑growth wellness industry.
What We're Looking For:The Ideal Candidate
- Ohio‑licensed RN with 2+ years of experience
- Excited by serving both Medicare patients and health‑conscious individuals, providing top‑tier service to both
- Thrive on variety and are looking to transition into the wellness space
- Have a flexible mindset and schedule, comfortable with some evening/early morning appointments as we launch and grow
- Self‑motivated relationship‑builder, excited about building something new and adaptable to the evolving needs of a startup environment
Please Note: This role begins as part‑time as we build our client base. If you require guaranteed full‑time hours immediately, this may not be the right fit just yet. If you are excited by flexibility, growth, and innovation, this is a perfect opportunity.
Your Schedule (Initial Part‑Time)Example Week (25 hours):
- 3 days/week providing services
- Flexible scheduling (some early morning/evening for wellness clients)
- 2–3 home health visits + 4–6 wellness services per week
- Administrative time for documentation and communication
Path to Full‑Time:
- As client base grows (projected 25–50 clients by Q2)
- Increase to 35–40 hours/week
