OB/GYN Sonographer – $15,000 Signing Bonus

The position is held within the Ambulatory Services | Women’s Imaging department and is part of the health care team performing OB/GYN ultrasound examinations.

The employee in this role performs obstetrical, gynecological, fetal echocardiogram, and other ultrasound examinations as ordered at all OSUWMC Ambulatory Imaging locations, inpatient care sites, and MFM/WI contracted outreach sites. Findings are documented in electronic systems and relayed to the appropriate physician and referring facilities. The sonographer also provides educational opportunities to residents, MFM fellows, and sonography students.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound school.
• Registry eligible or certified by the ARDMS in OB/GYN. If registry eligible, the sonographer must become certified in OB/GYN by the ARDMS.
• Previous ultrasound experience is preferred but not required.
