Pharmacist – Gifthealth Dispensing Pharmacy (Columbus, OH – Onsite). About The Role

This is a full-time,
fully onsite position based in Columbus, OH (with the potential for hybrid flexibility in the future). Gifthealth offers a consistent/fixed weekday schedule in a closed-door, tech-forward pharmacy environment that prioritizes patient care and cutting-edge technology. You’ll be part of a fast-growing team disrupting the traditional pharmacy model.

• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications with proper patient, dose, and route verification
• Conduct comprehensive drug utilization reviews
• Deliver patient-centered services such as consultations and medication therapy management
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant pharmacy environment
• Mentor and oversee pharmacy technicians, interns, and support staff
• Assist with inventory control, including compliance with handling and documentation for controlled substances
• Adhere to all federal and state pharmacy practice laws and internal quality standards
• Participate in administrative tasks that support efficiency and exceptional patient care

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy from an accredited college
• Active and unrestricted Ohio Pharmacist license
• Comfortable learning new technologies and pharmacy systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Passion for improving healthcare and medication accessibility
