Speech Language Pathologist – Inpatient Rehabilitation – $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Full‑time position at Ohio Health Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical.

Compensation: $35.67 – $48.00 per hour.

• Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction.
• Delegate and direct all discipline‑specific therapy services for assigned patients.
• Ensure design of functional treatment programs that facilitate effective return to community activities.
• Educate patients, families, students, co‑workers, and self.
• Perform other professional duties associated with patient care and therapy service design.
• Coordinate treatment programs in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services and community resources.

• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certified Clinical Specialist (CLS) or completion of certification within first 90 days of employment.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech‑Language Pathology from the American Speech‑Language & Hearing Association.
