• Conduct compliance coding audits to ensure adherence to applicable coding guidelines
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive coding audit program
• Prepare detailed reports outlining audit scope, objectives, findings, and recommendations
• Deliver educational feedback to coding staff regarding audit outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage compliance-related business outcomes

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in coding compliance or similar fields
• Current professional certification such as CPC, CHC, RHIA, or RHIT
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Health Records Management or Medical Coding preferred
• Strong understanding of coding guidelines and auditing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide guidance and feedback

• Experience with coding audits in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with emerging technologies in revenue cycle management
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional client and patient experiences
• Ability to innovate and foster a culture of creativity within the team
