Clinical Therapist - Addiction Treatment

Join White Light Behavioral Health, a leading substance use disorder treatment provider in Columbus, Ohio. We are seeking a Clinical Therapist to support patients on their journey toward recovery through individual, group, and family therapy. The role involves documenting in an electronic medical record system and collaborating with a diverse team to provide holistic care.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Document therapy activities in an electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

• Licensure: MSW, CDCA (with master's degree), LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LICDC or LCSW, or higher.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment is preferred.
• Knowledge of the disease model of addiction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in an electronic medical record system.

• Compensation:
  Up to $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
• Schedule:
  
  Days (Sun-Sat or Tue-Sat), 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (must be open to working holidays)
• Evenings (Part-time): 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
