This is a full-time on-site role for a Hairstylist, located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Hairstylist will be responsible for providing professional hair care services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments for clients. Additional tasks include consulting with clients to determine their needs and preferences, recommending suitable hair care products, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. The Hairstylist will also be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Hair Styling, coloring, and cutting techniques
- Certification or licensure in Cosmetology and expertise in Hair Care practices
- Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused attitude
- Effective Communication skills to consult with clients and collaborate with team members
- Ability to stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques
- Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings
