Augustine Angels is preparing to launch a professionally operated barbershop concession inside a secure federal installation — and we are looking for skilled, disciplined, experienced barbers who want stability, professionalism, and growth.

This is not a typical street shop. This is a weekday-focused, structured environment serving military members, DoD civilians, retirees, and authorized patrons.

• Phase 1 – Commission Split Model (Launch Period)
  • 65/35 split (Barber keeps 65%)
  • Walk-ins + appointment system
  • Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Saturday optional based on demand
  • No late nights
  • Secure, professional environment
• Phase 2 – Transition to Chair Rental (After Traffic Stabilizes)
  • Monthly chair rental structure
  • Greater income control for barbers
  • Predictable fixed overhead
  • More autonomy

This position begins as a W-2 commission-based role (65/35 split) within a structured federal installation environment. As the shop establishes consistent volume, we intend to transition qualified barbers into a chair rental model

We are seeking professionals interested in long-term growth — not short-term chair hopping.

This is a weekday installation environment.

• Active Ohio Barber License
• Professional portfolio (photos of work)
• Ability to pass background screening for installation access
• Professional appearance & customer service mindset
• Military haircut proficiency preferred

• Experienced professionals (3+ years preferred)
