A state public safety agency in Columbus is seeking Lateral Cadets to join its ranks in the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Cadets are expected to reside at the academy Monday through Friday while undergoing training. Applicants must be U.S. citizens aged 20 to 39, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have relevant law enforcement experience. Compensation starts at $34.22 after graduation, and candidates must have a valid driver's license and a current OPOTA certificate.
