Fractional CFO
Contract likely 2-3 months with potential to extend.
Remote EST or CST.
Hours:
will depend on where they are in the lifeline of the need and could change slightly.
Month 1: 3 days a week (25 hours)
Month 2-3: 3-4 days a week (32 hours)
Month 4 or beyond: 1 day a week (8-10 hours)
Fractional CFO (Accounting & Reporting Focus) Private Equity–Backed SaaS Company | LEss than $100M Responsibilities- MUST HAVE: 3+ years as a CFO of SaaS company (PE backed experience). Must have Grown Up in Accounting and have a CPA. Must have Netsuite as this is a Hands On Role. Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- 3+ years as a CFO of SaaS company (ideally has PE backed experience)
- GAAP accounting background
- CPA (highly preferred)
- MBA
