Director of Enterprise Investment Analysis and Reporting

Responsible for enhancing & maintaining the Enterprise Investments framework, including analysis, prioritization and reporting on technology development, marketing, strategic personnel additions, and branch/franchise investments.

This role is a fast paced, deadline driven position, often requiring participation or leading large complex projects. This leader partners with key colleagues across the FP&A, Technology and Revenue Segment organizations.

• Drive the framework, analysis, reporting, decision making for (expense & capital) investment across the corporation to align with and recommend change to longer-term strategic priorities
• Provide Sr. Leadership, segment CFOs and administrative groups with investment prioritization framework in an understandable & actionable format
• Implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial processes and create solutions for data needs in a changing reporting environment

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or Engineering
• 12 or more years of finance or risk management experience

• MBA in Finance or Accounting
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and MS Excel
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels
• Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members
