• Lead and perform comprehensive financial due diligence on healthcare-related transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the financial due diligence process
• Develop and refine pricing templates and proposals in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Support customer integration processes and track project progress to identify risks
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure support for client margin improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or a related field required
• Two to four years of experience in financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate financial planning and analysis required
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI/Tableau preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to obtain CRCR Certification within 9 months of hire

• Healthcare financial experience preferred
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Experience developing training materials and leading training sessions
• Familiarity with financial modeling and client deliverable materials
