Loan Advisor

Join UMB's dedicated mortgage team, established in 2013, where we've brought the entire mortgage process in-house. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals with over a decade in the mortgage industry, making us well-equipped to serve our clients.

As a Home Loan Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the mortgage application process. You will be there for them from the initial loan approval to the final closing, offering valuable insights and advice tailored to their individual needs. Building strong relationships with clients is essential, and you will provide them with regular progress updates throughout their mortgage journey.

• Utilizing your banking and lending expertise to recommend mortgage solutions that best meet client needs.
• Leveraging your sales skills to develop a robust prospect pipeline and successfully convert leads into satisfied clients.
• Using your interpersonal skills to forge partnerships that attract clients to our range of mortgage products.
• Maintaining clear communication to keep clients informed of their mortgage loan status at every stage of the process.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a proven track record of high-volume mortgage sales.
• Are NMLS registered.
