Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Columbus, OH. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, leading and mentoring staff, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role includes managing loan processes, maintaining compliance with regulations, developing relationships within the community, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the branch.
This position requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring staff
- Financial and operational management knowledge, particularly in the areas of mortgages, loans, and bank operations
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to promote a positive client experience and foster community engagement
- Experience in sales performance, goal setting, and achieving targeted financial outcomes
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and banking industry standards
- Proficient in financial software and tools, as well as general business software applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in banking, finance, or a related field is strongly preferred
