Manager Accounting Financial Reporting

We are looking for a high-caliber Finance Manager to join a high-performing A&F team. This is an FP&A role with a path into Accounting leadership. Our client is specifically looking for a CPA ready to pivot into a strategic, forward-looking corporate finance seat. As your career continues to grow, they'll reintroduce Accounting leadership to your responsibility.

• Strategic Financial Planning: Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for global business units.
• Performance Analysis: Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for executive leadership, identifying trends and variances.
• Capital Allocation: Partner with senior leadership to evaluate ROI on major capital expenditures and global expansion initiatives.
• Operational Partnership: Act as a financial co-pilot to department heads, helping them manage P&L responsibilities and drive margin expansion.
• Process Transformation: Streamline financial reporting and data visualization tools to support the company’s explosive growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA License required.
• 5+ years of professional experience with a deep understanding of US GAAP.
• Multinational Exposure: Experience working with $1B+ corporations or complex global clients.
• The "Pivot" Mindset: A strong desire to move beyond historical reporting and into proactive business strategy.
• Communication: Ability to distill complex financial concepts into "executive-ready" presentations for a publicly traded audience.
