Senior Asset Manager

Hixen Search Group has been exclusively engaged by a successful and quickly growing commercial real estate firm as they search for a Senior Asset Manager
. This is a brand new role, due to growth, and will work directly with Executive leadership while overseeing a small team. Various duties are described below - reach out directly if you're curious to learn more!

• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for fund level investors and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and forecast investor distributions, waterfall allocations, and fund-level performance
• Evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and revenue initiatives
• Assist annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and long-term asset planning
• M&A due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic growth strategizing
• Serve on the leadership team and work closely with the owners and other executives
• Ad-hoc projects as needed

• 6+ years of real estate finance, accounting, and/or asset management experience
• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or Business
• Advanced Excel skills are a must
