$2 billion AUM fee-only independent financial advisory firm seeks dynamic, client-facing professional to join their team. Delivering family office services, the firm specializes in navigating complexities of wealth management and offers sophisticated strategies in cash management/investment planning/estate structuring/wealth transfer. They craft holistic, client-focused solutions designed to empower families to maximize the impact and potential of their wealth.
Responsibilities:
Lead/oversee client teams who manage/develop/nurture high-level client relationships ensuring exceptional service delivery of holistic financial advisory services
Strategically identify opportunities to expand/enhance client relationships, drive business growth and deepen client engagement
Provide oversight on review/continual refinement of Client Investment Plans; ensure alignment with objectives/market trends
Supervise/approve key financial transactions (cash flows, asset purchases, sales, and transfers), ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Oversee preparation/execution of high-impact client meetings; act as a senior point of contact for addressing complex client inquiries
Direct creation/presentation of comprehensive financial reports (cash flow analyses, investment performance, activity summaries, and Personal Financial Statements)
Oversee preparation/final review of all documentation related to account openings/updates/private investments, ensuring accuracy/adherence to policies
Requirements:
10-15+ years of strong relationship experience with UHNW clients ($50-250 million in personal AUM)
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred
Extensive experience in investment management including strategic asset allocation/development of tailored investment plans for high-net-worth clients; proven expertise in relationship management, with ability to cultivate/maintain long-term client partnerships; strong knowledge of estate planning strategies, advanced income tax planning, and trust taxation with a solid understanding of individual/flow-through entity taxation; skilled in providing strategic financial guidance and making informed decisions that align with clients' long-term goals;
exceptional leadership/communication skills with ability to facilitate complex/confidential financial discussions and clearly articulate investment strategies to clients; collaborative leader committed to mentoring/developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement/professional growth
