Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

• Lead all plant-level accounting and financial activities, including reporting, analysis, and internal controls
• Drive budgeting and forecasting while delivering actionable insights to improve operational performance
• Oversee inventory accounting and cost management with a focus on accuracy and strong production controls
• Manage plant cash flow, capital tracking, and financial planning initiatives
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing plant finance team
• Partner closely with operations, supply chain, and senior leadership on key strategic initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA preferred
• 10+ years of accounting or finance experience
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Strong ERP experience, with SAP required
• Deep understanding of inventory costing, financial reporting, and core accounting principles
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and audit readiness
• Analytical leader who can translate financial data into practical business decisions
• Demonstrated success building and developing teams
