We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. • Work closely with customers to offer financing options and present suitable finance and lease programs.
• Review customer credit applications and work with financial institutions to secure loans.
• Provide guidance on terms, payments, and lending processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth vehicle transactions.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial documentation and contracts.
• Maintain knowledge of current lending practices and industry regulations.
• Meet or exceed monthly finance and sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in automotive finance or a related field (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of finance and leasing options, dealership operations, and financial regulations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Dealer track, Route One).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related field is a plus.

Salary Description

$85,000 - $120,000
