• Client Engagement:

  Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance and devise personalized strategies.

  Discuss tailored financial products and services.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Licensing:
  State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.

• Sign‑on Payment Eligibility: $250–$1,000 after PEP completion.
• Stable Pay: $27,550 annually, biweekly, for up to 24 months after becoming a 20th Edition professional.
• Commissions & Bonuses:
  Eligible to earn commissions and bonuses beyond stable pay.
