Finance Manager

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Oversee financial performance for a $500M+ P&L, ensuring accuracy and strong fiscal stewardship
• Partner with senior leadership as a strategic advisor on growth and operational decisions
• Provide financial insights to guide business strategy, profitability, and cost optimization
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across finance functions
• Manage and mentor a high‑performing finance team
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience; prior P&L oversight strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success as a strategic business partner
• Strong analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non‑financial stakeholders
• Leadership experience with a track record of developing talent
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency; CPA or MBA a plus
