As a Virtual Banker II in Consumer Banking, you will contribute to the success of the Virtual Bank by helping clients through strong customer service, offering advice and sharing products and services to meet their financial needs. You will partner with Specialists including Private Client Advisors, Private Client Bankers, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.

You will engage clients over the phone and video, inbound and outbound, providing strong customer service, offering advice, and helping them access products and services that meet their needs. You will also show initiative and proactively prevent problems for clients while adapting to an ever-changing environment and enabling self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts.

• Manages banking relationships through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Demonstrates success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Makes personal connections, engages and educates customers, asks open-ended questions and listens to establish trust and build lasting relationships.
• Partners with Specialists including Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs.

• 1+ year of Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating and maintaining customer relationships, and revenue generation.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Outstanding financial planning and use of financial planning tools while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong team orientation with a commitment to a long-term career with the firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. An employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMorgan Chase's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and any other information relevant to a determination that you demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position. Note that any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration.

Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements.

In addition, this position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon active employment with JPMorgan Chase, you will be required to either register on NMLS or update your existing registration to reflect your employment. Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration immediately after your start date and timely completion of annual renewal and required updates thereafter.
