• Serve as a consultative resource for plan compliance matters for both ERISA and Non-ERISA plans
• Provide technical expertise and support related to plan design and compliance for M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics
• Create training materials for the professional development of colleagues
• Stay updated on market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory changes

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
• Subject matter expert in various retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and governmental plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
• Bachelor’s degree required

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
