Director of Financial Reporting

• Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings (10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K, proxy statements)
• Oversee technical accounting research and implementation of new standards
• Drive accuracy and completeness of consolidated financial statements
• Partner closely with audit, finance, operations, and executive leadership
• Enhance internal controls, reporting processes, and compliance standards
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing financial reporting team
• Manage quarterly close and consolidation processes
• Support strategic initiatives, M&A integration, and complex accounting matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, public accounting, or technical accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting
  , and internal controls
• Experience leading teams and managing cross‑functional partnerships
• Excellent communication skills, especially with senior leadership
• Ability to interpret and explain complex accounting issues clearly
• Big 4 background strongly preferred
