The Share works Services & Operations Associate supports the Morgan Stanley @ Work business by assisting with day-to-day operational activities such as account maintenance, transfers, disbursements, and client request processing. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to start a career in Financial Services and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced operations environment.

• Assist with account maintenance, updates, and operational processing
• Support disbursements including checks and Fed wire payments
• Research and help resolve client requests, outstanding items, and escalated issues
• Process stock transfers, reports, documentation, and correspondence
• Work closely with internal teams and service partners to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Meet daily production and quality standards while following compliance and control guidelines
• Cross-train across multiple operational functions to build a strong foundation in financial operations

• Recent graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
• Problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields a plus)
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in Financial Services
