Position Overview

CNB Bank seeks a President to lead the market‑based lending activities and retail footprint for the Columbus, Ohio market (FC Bank). The role reports directly to COO Michael Noah and focuses on commercial and retail banking services, especially Commercial & Industrial Lending, Specialty Lending, Capital Markets products, and Financial Services (Insurance, Wealth Management, and Private Banking). The incumbent will build and oversee a high‑performance team, develop and execute an aggressive business plan, and maintain a balance between conservative credit risk and exemplary customer experience.

  • Maintain high service standards, vendor management, and commercial lending risk compliance with CNB policies.
  • Collaborate with technology, vendor, business resiliency, risk, and customer service teams.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk areas.
  • Act as liaison with corporate credit, IT, compliance, operations, and servicing units.
  • Build and manage a regional advisory board of community leaders.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the annual financial budget for the Columbus market.
  • Stay current on industry trends, adjust practices, and maintain quality without compromising competitiveness.
  • Develop and manage an annual continuous improvement program covering all operational aspects.
