Corporate Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-driven Payroll & Treasury Accountant who wants more than just processing payroll, is excited to grow with a fast-scaling organization, and wants to play a key role in building strong, efficient financial operations.

In this role, you’ll own payroll while expanding into treasury, compliance, and month-end accounting. You’ll partner closely with HR, Finance, and external auditors, gain exposure beyond payroll, and have the opportunity to improve processes as the business continues to scale

Day to day:

• Run weekly and semi-monthly U.S. payroll, ensuring data accuracy and resolving payroll inquiries
• Manage fringe benefits, labor accruals, severance reconciliations, and support 401(k) administration and audits
• Process wire payments and oversee daily cash activity, bank transactions, and reconciliations
• Prepare cash-related journal entries, check runs, and support treasury operations
• Ensure payroll tax and regulatory compliance while staying current on changing requirements
• Prepare month-end journal entries, including overhead allocations, inventory, property-related, and annual roll-forward entries

Experience preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of payroll accounting or finance experience
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and core accounting principles
