Risk Manager/Analyst, Financial Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES- Accurately prepare loan requests and loan renewal write-ups; including global cash flow analysis, collateral analysis, industry analysis, management analysis, and overall repayment capacity
- Complete underwriting in accordance with current regulations, compliance terms, bank policy, and legal requirements
- Accurately spread financial statements and tax returns and analyze historical performance
- Assist in the preparation of annual reviews of existing clients upon receipt of updated financial information
- Monitor financial statement requirements, loan covenants, and borrowing base certificates and communicate findings to lender and manager. Prepare pertinent reports, tracking financial information and receipt thereof.
- Participate in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling, and mitigating credit risk of the commercial loan portfolio
- Obtain, analyze, and incorporate third‑party borrower information (e.g., credit reports, Costar, RMA)
- Accompany Commercial Lenders on calls and inspections, and assist with presenting loan requests to approvers as needed
- Assist in loan review cycle and with classified asset reporting
- Attend and participate in department meetings as necessary
- Maintain orderly and up to date credit files
- Maintain ownership for all accepted tasks
- Take a proactive approach to learning and career development
- Understand and promote the bank's credit culture and credit policies
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is hourly and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full‑time status. Generally the position will require 40+ hours per week.
A flexible work arrangement is available for this position. The position will require some scheduled onsite hours. Please speak to the hiring manager for more information.
EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCEBA/BS, Business Management required
BA/BS, Finance / Accounting or other concentrations considered with 2+ years relevant experience
