Job Title: Controller

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced controller to join our non‑profit organization. The controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. This role will play a key part in ensuring the financial health and integrity of the organization while supporting strategic decision‑making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non‑profit accounting and a passion for supporting the organization’s mission.

• Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and grants management.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead the annual budget process and provide ongoing monitoring and analysis of budget performance.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning to support organizational sustainability.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to the Board of Directors and senior leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• Minimum of 5–7 years of accounting/financial опять опыт, with at least 3 years in a non‑profit environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Sage Intacct) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
