Company
High growth Renewable Energy business is looking for an immediately available Asset Accountant on a 3-6 month interim basis, which can go permanent. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible (but not limited to) the following:
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process for operating renewable energy assets (including solar, wind, and storage).
- Oversee revenue recognition, PPA invoicing, and O&M contract cost tracking.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and perform variance analysis for each asset SPV.
- Partner with Asset Management and Project Finance teams to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure financial reporting compliance with IFRS and relevant local GAAP standards.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience with Asset Accounting
- Background in Energy or Infrastructure is preferred but not essential
- Available to start on short notice - up to 2 weeks
