• Support client engagements by coordinating day‑to‑day interactions, reviewing staff work, and driving delivery to meet deadlines.
• Develop internal team members and manage engagement economics.
• Stay current on trends, developments, and legislation impacting clients.

• Deep understanding of complex commercial real property and personal property tax concepts.
• Deliver quality tax‑planning approaches and exceed client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for tax planning and other special services.
• Prepare practical solutions and arrive at appropriate conclusions.

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of relevant property tax consulting experience (or equivalent).
• CPA or JD.
• Broad exposure to state and local taxation.
• Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

• Proven record in a professional services environment.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Base salary range: $105,100 to $192,600 (national) and higher ranges for major metros.
