Loan Specialist
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Schedule: M-F 8-5
Contract: 6‑month contract with potential extensions and conversion
Base pay range: $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr
We are looking for a Loan Specialist to join the funds movement team to help handle checks and payoffs coming in on auto loans. This person will be handling 250 payoffs per day.
Responsibilities- Process checks and payoffs for auto loans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate records and update loan files accordingly.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding loan status and inquiries.
- Work within assigned time frame to process high volume of payoffs.
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Proficient typing, strong numerical aptitude, and tech‑savvy
- Excel proficiency
- Banking experience
- Medical insurance
- Vision insurance
