• Provide executive-level leadership and continuity, supporting a capable team of 2 direct and 10 indirect reports
• Serve as the finance liaison, ensuring alignment between operations, the executive team, and board committees
• Maintain rigorous balance sheet oversight and integrated reporting, with a focus on asset/liability and regulatory controls
• Participate in key committees; support accurate, board-ready financial communications
• Uphold internal controls and business standards—ensuring smooth audits, regulator interactions, and compliant signoff flows

• Executive-level financial leadership in banking, credit union, or insurance environments
• Demonstrated CFO or direct C‑suite experience, including supervision of finance/accounting teams
• Command of balance sheet management, committee/banking board reporting, and regulatory engagement
