Responsibilities:

• Oversee all core accounting functions: GL, AP, AR, inventory, cash, accruals, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
• Drive the month‑end close and provide analysis/commentary on business drivers.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements; partner with external CPA firm.
• Maintain strong internal controls and optimize use of SAP, Oracle or similar ERP.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active or inactive CPA, CMA.
• MBA, MAcc preferred.
• Blend of public accounting + manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Experience in plant accounting, FP&A, budgeting, and operational finance/accounting.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor/develop a team.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (not eligible for sponsorship).

Compensation:

• Base salary target: $120K–$150K (flexibility for the right candidate).
