As an Operations Senior Specialist II – Assumptions, in Mortgage Production and Servicing, you will be responsible for delivering top‑notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank. You will be assisting in various parts of an operation oriented around customers and providing solutions for them in the Assumptions part of Home Lending.

• Receive, review, and prepare assumption closing package requests (conventional, FHA, VA, and Non‑Agency) in accordance with policies and procedures
• Review the loan application for completeness and accuracy
• Update various systems for assumption completion
• Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives as required
• Maintain system accuracy with data integrity
• Comply with performance & quality metrics
• Maintain constant communication with the Relationship Managers throughout the duration of the process
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Possess strong attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to handle multiple assignments & competing priorities, while managing time
• Must have the ability to work at a high energy level and with a sense of urgency
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills and ability to successfully manage a production pipeline

• 2+ years of mortgage experience and documentation knowledge with originations/assumptions
